It shoukd block calls from telephonnumbers which are not stored in telephonebook? Also including ananymus. Should work as Whitelist and must not leave message missed call. Need this feature for my old father to prevent calls which want to abbuse the age of my father. Hi is 85 and get only calls by persons stored in telephone.
