Not getting txt messages

Anyone eles having Problems with txt messages I can send them but I have stopped receiving them iv clear my cache no joy sometimes happens  with calls to just goes to strange tone like its not active my sim seems to be fine as can call etc

Have you tried to uninstall then re-install the SMS app?

Check with the network provider...get them to do a test run

Yeah iv checked they said theres no problem on there end

U can't uninstall the app its not got that option

Well as a last resort might just be to backup your data and do a factory reset of the phone

Check your APN settings match that of your carrier.

Iv tried all without luck even my calls are doing same thing I contacted my network provider and they're saying there no problem on they're end I constant need to torn my phone on and off for it to stay working again
