They couldnt repair the phone and offered to replace it with a ***** model. not the same storage, not the same camera, not the same pen feature and no sd card expandability. They kept on saying this is the only model they can offer which is a BIG LIE. They later offered other cr*ppy phones. i have been left without a phone for over 28 days. without mobile banking, no apps, no photos, no whatsapp messages as I don't have another compatible phone to back up to. On top of that ill be going holiday on the 30th. I ve been with Samsung for over 14 years and now they are letting me down.
