Dual whatsapp issue

Last few days having issue with dual whatsapp. Can not take picture direct from WhatsApp. Can not open documents. And can't open some picture as well. 

Please advice.

Clear cache from dual WhatsApp/dual messenger service and see if that works!

When on the WhatsApp app
Click on username
Then the three dots top right
And select
Media links and docs
Can you not open them
From there

If this doesn't work, instead of using dual messenger feature built into the phone, follow the video below to download and use multiple Whatsapp accounts.

That did not work. Cleared cache and did full backup restore. No luck

Ok, try out the comment I posted below with the video. That should work

Can see the picture but when you try to open white image thumbnail opens up but not image. Also pdf and doc file is not opening as well. I read some where is to do with new android update which stops you using dual whatsapp. Also in folders the dualapp no files are there use to be all my picture was there.

Any other solution will be appreciated

The solution has to come from Whatsapp, ask them for support.
