Note 20 Ultra Microphone is picking Background Noise or blocking callers voice on speaker call on all social platforms, so the person on the other hand cannot make out what I am saying.
I noticed this issue when I call to another Galaxy Note 20 Ultra user. We were both on Speaker and we both suffered from enormous background noise and periodical our voice subdued. We tested on various apps like Whatsapp, Messenger, Wechat, Kakaotalk, Telegram and so on.
I think it is a hardware problem. Samsung cannot fix it or alleviate the issue by SW update?
For reference, before my Note 20 Ultra I was using Galaxy S9. It didn't have any issue. Also, my iPhone has no issue. I see this issue only on Note 20 Ultra.
To sum it up, Note 20 Ultra users cannot hear this noise or subdued voice during speaker phone on various SNS. However, the person on the other end hears an enormous noise and experiences my voice gone or much silenced.
Samsung I need your solution.

Try going through the diagnostic tool via your Samsung Members App under the GetHelp section but if this does not help then it might be time to let a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre have hands on with the phone @Members_H318CY7

Same problem here with my Note 20 Ultra since One UI 5 update.
