Can't charge

Can't charge warning keeps appearing

What does the watni g say @hay12  ?

i.e water warning or similar ?

Try a soft reboot by turning the phone off and on. 

My suggestion is to......

1. Use a torch to look inside the charging port to make sure there is no build up of dust and debris.
2. Use an ear cleaner and softly run the cotton wool bud around but be very gentle and careful.
3. Let a Samsung Experience Store  / Samsung Service Centre take a look.
4. Use another charging brick and charging cord.

Sometimes it does it on my phone but, what I found out, it depends on the certain plug socket...
