Is it true that all Note 10+ have receive an upgrade from ui 2.1 to ui 2.5 or some of them are still waiting for an upgrade?

I updated my N10+ 5G purchased directly from Samsung UK to One Ui 2.5 and the September security patch last night.

Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.
