Firmware update fail

I was wondering if anyone could help me and exain why is my Samsung mobile device failing into the software update any help is welcomed

Same issue here, gets to 26% then fails

Exactly same here, tried twice and error on each occasion and it is a bit frustrating. Don't want to end up doing factory reset
