Is cricket a Network? wifi calling is Network Dependent.  Anyway if it is and  should be enabled try this, go to Phone App-Settings-wifi Calling, is this present?   If  so set to wifi preferred  switch the option to Mobile Network preferred.

Now turn the sim switch off and on again and restart phone,  once restarted switch wifi calling to wifi preferred, toggle sim switch off and on again and restart device again. Does this make any difference? otherwise would need to contact Network.

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately 02 doesn't support WiFi calling. Vodafone did. But I changed network.

@Maggs1  That is a pity, thanks for confirming.

Why does everyone say you need to connect to pc? Not necessary. I have a Note 20 Ultra, Android 13,  One UI 5.1

It is necessary on many devices, certainly the S/Note Series.  There may be some A devices where you do not need to connect to computer/other Device.

Since I think Android 11 update the only way to boot into recovery mode to clear cache partition is use headphones that came with the phone . Or use your charging cable on a laptop or computer to do it. You can research it on Google.

@Aliobi Yes there was a change from Android 11,  one idea was that it was  to prevent inadvertent use of the  Recovery Mode.  An old article here https://www.androidsage.com/2020/12/16/how-to-boot-into-recovery-mode-on-samsungs-one-ui-3-0-android...

I think after One Ui 6.0 the Headphone method does not work, at least some Members reported that (though have always used computer)

It is. I do mine hooked to my tablet or laptop. It can't be done the way it used to be. I wipe cache partition every 3 months. So that's only way to do it.
