I have a Samsung note 20, when I first purchased the device I checked if the dual sim function was working by inserting a second sim, everything was OK. At the time I had no requirement for a second number. So I removed the sim.
Then today whilst shopping I bought another sim card thinking I'd use it on my phone only to see that the second sim activation option is no longer available.
Please can anybody help?
