My son has a S10+ and is having trouble getting to his phone. He puts his password in it goes to a blank screen for say 2 secs and then it just goes back to his password screen. I've tried the software resent of holding down the volume and power buttons but it just doesn't work. He recently got a new battery in his phone as the other one swelled up. Any ideas???

Hello Band of Brothers thank you so much for your reply amd tour welcome. My son and I took his phone in to another repair team as we couldn't get the soft re-set to work. It would ask for the password which it accepted and again just went to the password screen. They think perhaps when the new battery went in something inside wasn't connecting and it just wouldn't let us in. We had to leave the phone there for their repair guy to work on it. We might have to do do a hard re-set if he can't find the problem. Now im wondering if this is always going to happen
