Note 10 Plus Ui not responding

My Samsung Galaxy Note10+ has been experiencing frequent issues lately. The UI often crashes and shows “UI not responding” messages. There is also a noticeable delay when opening the keyboard or typing text.

The worst part is that the phone sometimes freezes, lags badly, and then restarts by itself. I already tried doing a factory reset, but the problem still remains. I also brought the phone to an official Samsung Service Center. They said they had reinstalled/reset the software, but unfortunately the issues are still happening.

They mentioned that if the problem continues, it is likely caused by a hardware or motherboard issue. Is that true? If anyone here knows how to fix this problem, please let me know. Also, if it is really a hardware problem, which part is usually damaged or causing these symptoms?

Thank you.

As you've completed a factory data reset and that hasn't fixed the issues, it will almost certainly be hardware related.

Your device is out of support, not getting security patches etc so time to call it a day and upgrade....
I am not employed by Samsung nor do I receive any remuneration as a Samsung Members Star.

My device is an S25 Ultra.

Thank you for your reply. For now, the problem is still the same. Whenever the phone starts lagging or freezing, it somehow force restarts by itself.

I still want to repair this phone because it would be such a waste to give up on it. Yes, I am also planning to upgrade to a new phone in the future — hopefully I can get one soon, wish me luck.

Note: For now, I’m still trying to keep using this Note10+, although it frequently freezes, lags, and force restarts on its own.
