I regret updating to 5.1 on my Note 20 ultra 5G, completely ruined my device. Had some minor issues after the 5.0 update but I was not prepared for something like that! Data reception completely broken, refused to connect on 4G/5G, for Wifi need to be in the same room with the rooter otherwise the signal drops every now and then, same with wireless reception where I used to have 3-5 bars now it's 1-2, if I'm lucky.

Battery goes faster, charging is slower. The device is over 2 years old,  I understand how things work however this is unacceptable. I was hoping to keep the device until the end of the year, now I'm forced to get a new one. My phone is an important tool for my work , I need to have 100% trust , but now I have lost most of it.

I have the note 20 ultra 5g unlocked us version. I hadn't really thought to say anything until I've read what others as myself have said since the update. I've had and currently still having fingerprint reader issues. I've submitted a report and was told their checking into it but my scanner never reads my fingerprint. I'm grateful samsung has kept this phone on life support for updates that I can commend them on but all these issues ain't something to be taken lightly. I paid alot for this phone and just ordered and paid for the s23 ultra 512gb bc the occurring ongoing issues. Plz samsung help us all out

I'm also having the same issues after this update.

My Note 20 with two sim cards is constantly dropping the signal, with either my phone saying 'not registered on network' when trying to make calls, 'Emergency calls only', 'unknown number' when selecting which SIM card to use. The internet connection is now all over the place.

When it is connected to my mobile internet the speed is also very slow or looks like it's connected but no apps refresh.

I've reset the cache to no avail.

Both SIM cards work fine in other phones.

I need my phone for work and am losing business missing calls. Samsung, please sort this out as I'm losing my mind.

I have NOTE 20 Ultra 5g. This update has also caused my phone to not charge properly.. it was perfect before the update... no other issues. Had Samsung service centre tell me to change charging port, but it doesn't charge properly even on wireless charging so it is clearly a software issue.  This is not an old phone and not cheap either.  Samsung need to provide a solution... using samsungs now for about 15 years, and my employees.... this will be last if not resolved.

Have you tried wiping the cache partition on your Note Ultra phone. Many experts recommend doing this when performing software updates

Same issue here. I need transparency from SAMSUNG because my mobile phone is a tool and I cant stay without mobile signal. I didn't realize before because I work remotely and spend a lot of time connected to WIFI. But lately I needed to go out and travel and I ended up realizing the problem, as I receive SMS notifying missed calls that do not appear in the call history.
