i have a big problem on my newly bought note 10 plus, actually it doesn't vibrate after only 2 weeks.
I've done a factory reset, wiping cache but none gave result.
i saw on us.samsung community some users reporting that problem, but not here in Europe.
someone having same problem?
what to do?
thanks

Hi Are you sure you didn't put intensity vibration to ZERO in your device ? Check in Sound and vibrations /Vibration Intensity
Terms could be differents, english is not my first language

Same issue just happened to my Note 10 plus. I have checked and double checked all the settings, wiped the cache and even done a full factory reset and still no vibration on the phone. This is not good for a premium Samsung phone, only purchased this in September 2019 and has been looked after extremely well so far, not a single mark anywhere. Very disappointed!!!!!

Thanks, I have already checked and double checked all settings and still nothing. I have also restarted in safe mode and even tried #0# and tried the vibration test. I'm guessing it's broken.
