The software issue with this phone has been reported to the Samsung technical department, apparently it should be resolved in a couple of days. If you have access to a computer download smartswitch and you can access the software update and apparently this works.

Samsung have removed the old update so hopefully a proper install should be available soon, apparently they were not aware of the original issue when I contacted them yesterday which surprised me, however they appear to have acted quickly from my original contact so fingers crossed.

Aug update for UK note 10 plus 5g is back 600+mb but its working...
