Need Note 9 Vr adapter.

Hi,

I've  bought a Note 9 and I am looking for the Gear vr adapter.

Gear vr is model SM-R323.

Any info would be great.

Hi @Bozzle. The SM-R323 isn't compatible with the Note9 as far as I'm aware and you would need the SM-R325 for it to work (for which there is an adapter  for).

That's a nightmare. I did check before buying the Note 9 and online said was compatible with the Note 9, So is this Gear VR kit now redundant?

Are there any workarounds? Was there ever an adapter for the SM-R323 ?

Update, I have just bought a  SM-R325 headset so can continue to use. Is it possible to send me the adapter for this please?

It just amazes me how Samsung won't send out the adapter to make the SM-R323 compatible with the Note 9.  I spent over $100 on VR gear that I can no longer use because of the adapter.   And I'm pretty sure going forward no other phone will come out that fits the adapter for the VR Gear.

I'm late to this party and didn't realise the note 9 was not compatible despite it saying it was, is there anywhere that these adaptors can be purchased?
