Before updating I've always had a choice of choosing which card I want to use for calling or sending messages, those options were always visible on screen. Now after updating for calls i get pop up windows asking for SIM while in messages I have no options at all. Does anyone using two SIM cards have the same problem?

@AntS - we are still waiting for you to help provide an update!!! This is urgent, important and critical!!! Did you escalate this issue to Samsung Senior Ranking Executives????

Can you give any assurances that this major issue is being taken seriously by Samsung and that a fix will be available soon?

This case was really important. This issue and many new problems in Android 11 made me hate Samsung and I will not buy Samsung anymore.

Hi @Mahya - i agree with you 1000%!!! This major issue in UI 3.x with Samsung removing our Dual SIM1 + SIM2 buttons for calls and messages has resulted PRIVACY, SECURITY, SAFETY, COST, & USER EXPERIENCE issues!!!
On behalf of ALL Samsung Dual SIM devince users around the world, i have requested this Samsung Community MODERATORS @AntS , @AndrewL , and @TessM to step up, do the right thing as Samsung employees and help escalate this to Samsung Senior Ranking Executives. They should all seriously think about how many loyal customers tbey are about to lose and ofcourse avoid potential lawsuits related to privacy, security, safety and cost concerns.

Galaxy S21. Same frustration, but with added fury.
I use one sim for personal and one for work.
If I am on a voice call with one sim, I can't send a text via the other sim. Simply dumb. If I am stuck on a 2 hour work conference I can't text my partner and say "hey, just running late".

I am sure you are keeping in contact with other communities as well and I don't need to mention this but we had a LOT of complains about this issue over in the Romanian community as well. People really want "the old" interface back as it was way easier and more intuitive.
For me, it isn't a big deal, I got used to the way it is set-up now but not all people enjoy changes 🤓

I am sure that @AntS takes every single complaint serious and does anything in his power to help. Unfortunately, I don't think it is up to him to provide a solution for all the problems
When I said "no big deal", I was referring strictly to myself. I really don't find the new interface all that bad 🙂
