keyboard themes from Samsung themes not working.

So a HUGE waste of money. I have bought many themes from the themes shop and now NOT ONE of my keyboards shows the new theme. They have all reverted back to the original grey/ black keyboard. Also any new themes I get, the keyboard doesn't change to the new theme. Thanks Samsung,  you really know how to push your customers over to Apple. How can you keep advertising nice keyboards in your theme shop and then not giving us what we paid for. Blatant false advertising just to trick us into spending money and then not delivering what we bought. Fix this or face a class action lawsuit.

Make sure your phone display is not in dark mode that is how I fixed mine

Hi I went onto the developers page and they told me to go to apps galaxy themes clear cache clear data and it worked 💪 I've been frustfor months with this but now all is good

I have had the same problem tried everything and now think I have sussed out the problem ..I went into my settings and set the keyboard back to default setting ..its workin good up to now ..got my lovely keypad back on..🤞🤞😊

Iv been having the same problem, iv never had an issue with the themes until i did the new recent update the keyboard would have the theme once and then it goes back to normal again!
Again iv never had this problem before i have loads of themes that worked fine keyboard would be the theme and now even on the setting of the keyboard i click on theme and its not the theme! Think i did the new update on the 10th September and since then them theme keyboards do not work!

So if your car has a problem with a component you don't have to get in touch with that particular manufacturer it's all with the car an so Samsung are responsible for smooth running of all the working inc 3rd parties under Samsung themes.

That actually was the issue. Turned off dark mode and all parts of the theme that didn't apply, just worked. Thanks.
