Issue with Clear View Cover not working

So I just decided to put my clear view cover on my phone and the phone is not recognizing the case and it shows no options for the case under advanced features.

Well, I just did a software update and now not working. Magnet or  solution above does not work. I've tried everything.

I too am having the same issue after an update on my s20plus, samsung never heard of this happening they say, I see it's been  going on for 5years at least. Nothing I've tried works including hours on hold with support

I am having the same issue with S20+ phone, cover worked for 2 years then after ui update it stopped working, no accessories in settings, bought a new cover, still nothing!! Samsung says they never heard of this. Very frustrating,updates are not supposed to break your phone!!

Your proposed method doesn't work in my Galaxy Note 10.

I connect my charger to my note 10 then try you method but i not get any result.

Then i decided to connect just the just the cable without the charger! 

The result was awesome!
