Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G not showing esim options

Hi,

I am not seeing the esim option under the sim card manager on my phone.

Anyone else experienced this?

My phone is on Android Ver.12 and One UI ver. 4.1

 already flashed new os didn't wipe the nands thought about it, but did hard reset and all that prior

Hello,pls my note 20ultra is still running on android 12 and ui 4.1,I haven't gotten any update for android 13 any solution pls

Sorry for very late reply, Samsung note 20 Ultra 5G esim compatibility is not supported on US and Hong Kong versions. Only South Korea and Global versions that has esim capability.
