Has anyone else experienced difficulty using fingerprints since the update. Mine's was working fine before but now all I get is a message telling me to push harder or "not recognised. I deleted all existing fingerprints, restarted phone and with much difficulty added my fingerprints. Very difficult to use the app now.

I have also received it but have not installed it yet. The instructions are not clear and now I read that you are having difficulties after the update.

I noticed that it is slightly slower than before, with just my stock protection on.
But nothing much to worry about.

@MadalinK they just want to know if they have to remove the screen protector. If you still have the original Samsung screen protector you don't have to replace it

In America, everybody think than it's faster then before...
Did you keep the original Samsung Screen Protector on the device or it is from another manufacturer , this could affect .
Also, Samsung will ask you to press harder BECAUSE they want to be sure they detect all informations from your finger. When it's done you can test your fingerprints before enable the lock/unlock screen. Sorry it's in French

The fingerprint reader on the Note 10 plus is by far the worst I've ever had on the phone it is pathetic.
