Favourite contacts

I am unable to add contacts to the favourites list on my note 20. The information details ask you to click on the star to activate, but there is no facility to do this. I have tried everything but need assistance with this - please !

On all of my recent galaxy phones you have to click the information button on a contact & then the favourite button appears on the bottom left hand corner of the options that appear.

Thanks for responding, much appreciated. No luck with that, i only have a few choices, block or QR code or delete. The other info button just shows contact name, number and email. I am so disappointed with the phone as there are a number of issues with it.

Hey @FLASH8,

may I ask where do you have your contacts saved? It seems that this is only available when the contacts are saved on the phone's internal memory.

To move contacts from your SIM or any other place to the phone you will need to follow these steps: launch the Contacts app> Menu (three horizontal lines on the top left)> Manage contacts> Import or Export contacts> Import> Select the right location> Import.

Hi if i transfer contacts from sim to phone, once i have added my favourites, can i then transfer back to sim many thanks
