Hi. I have an issue where I have a work SIM and a personal SIM in my Note9 duo. My problem is that if I am on a call that uses my personal SIM (Sim1) and someone calls my work SIM (Sim 2) it gets diverted to Sim 1 then eventually my personal voicemail box. I can not have work calls going to my personal box. I have turned off "Dual SIM always on" however instead of diverting the incoming call to the appropriate mailbox, it continues to divert it to the active SIM. I can find no reason that this should continue to happen. Please help.
