Wireless charging A13

Just got a new A13, came with a wireless charger,  but won't charge the phone. I already have a duo wireless charger that I used for my Galaxy watch and S8, but that won't charge the A13 either. 

Any ideas?

It's because the A13 does not have wireless Charging.

Got a new charger cable with my son's A13. Went straight in the bin. Less than useless. Save us time bin them before you send them from the factory. Keep your old charger

Its a common tactic you think you are getting an amazing deal with some fancy charger that probably can be found for 15 bucks on amazon or a mobile kiosk for about the same cost or fancy ones that are certified for fast charging which are more.
