Try forgetting the network in your phone's and set up a new WiFi connection.
Also in some Home Broadband Routers you can split the frequencies to 2.4ghz and 5ghz and then choose one and then the other to see if this improves your user experience.
As a process of elimination what is your Wi-Fi connection like with our sources such as a friends home broadband connection ?

A very last resort would be to back up and remove any relevant sd card and factory reset @Dan565 or wait until the Samsung Experience Stores or Samsung Service Centres reopen.
