Wifi disconnects all the time

Hello, 

My mother got a Samsung Galaxy A12 last year but it's been 1 month that the wifi of his device disconnects constantly. It's not a wifi problem itself because I'm connected to the same network as her and I have no problem. 

Note : Automatic wifi reconnection is enabled 

What I've tried so far:

- Restart the phone

- Disconnect and connect the Wifi, forget the wifi and reconnect it

- Reset network settings and restart the phone

Nothing worked ...

Can somebody help me ?

Go for automatic on. I aint sure why it's happening with your mom's mobile.

@Members_nUFSBVu: Please can you try heading to Settings > Connections > Wi-Fi > Tap the cog to the right of your router > Auto reconnect (toggle this option on) > Back > Tap the 3 dots in the top right > Advanced > Turn on Wi-Fi automatically > Off > Switch to Mobile Data > Off.
