Wifi calling

Hi. I have switched my wifi calling on but not connected.anyone know how i can rectify this as my network is poor at the moment

You will need to contact your network to provision this to your tariff.

Once they've done so, you'll be able to use WiFi Calling features. 👍

Is it not auyomatically done once you have the wifi calling enabled on the phone?

Not in my experience. Your network should provision the service as advised above.

You need to contact your network provider to enable it first.
