After last updating software my phn couldn't connect wifi and bluetooth. Both tab options remained off automatically, if turn on then no searching. Help me in this regards. Hardrest be done, *#0011# be done, wifi setting reset but all in vain.

Have you looked at clearing the cache files of those in settings and apps @Azka
As a very last resort try backing up and removing any relevant sd card and factory reset.
