Morning all
I recently took out a SIM only contract with Lebara, using my existing handset. Everything worked OK for four years with both EE and BT.
Everything works with Lebara, except Wi Fi calling.
Lebara tells me that I need to update from OS version 11 to version 12.
Checking for software updates tells me that my software is up to date.
Is there any way to update to Version 12?
TIA Dave

I didn't think I would, since the system says I'm up to date.
What I don't understand is that it worked fine for four years with other providers. I found another SIM card supplier who lists the A20e as compatible with Wi Fi calling.
The responses I get from the chat site all seem to be different and don't givre me much confidence.
Does anyone know where / how to ask Samsung about the problem?
Also, how can I get notifications of replies to my post?
Cheers
Dave

Afternoon all
Two side issues
How do I get notifications of replies, once the topic has been posted?
How / can I change my username?
TIA

Hello Robin
I have drawn the same conclusion.
One of the problems I find with chats is that, it seems to me, most of the agents seem keen to deal with you as quickly as possible and end the chat. The 'box ticked' mentality. When you are given several different options and none of them work, you have to try again until you find someone who knows what they're doing.
I think the last one I spoke to is correct.
I have posted on another forum, but haven't had much of a response.
Cheers
Dave
