Samsung A12 Wifi calling

My network provider (Tesco UK) have enabled Wifi calling. My phone software versions are as follows:

One UI Core version: 4.1

Android Version: 12

Google Play system update 1 April 2024

If I understand correctly these are the latest versions and Wifi calling should be an available on the A12 with these software versions?

The option to enable wifi calling doesn't appear in the settings.

I've tried resetting the network connections but that hasn't worked.

I haven't tried resetting the phone to factory defaults, I'm trying to avoid that if possible.

Contact your network provider again. Ask them how long it takes to provision wifi calling.

Have you gone into the phone app
Tap on the 3 dots and go into those settings
WiFi calling will be down the list. Is this switched on.

Could take a short while to actually work. But if your network provider has enabled it their end. It should automatically work then

Thanks for your replies.

The network provider said it was enabled weeks ago.

If I tap on the 3 dots and go into settings then wifi calling isn't on the list. That's the problem I'm having, I don't know why it's not in the list.

Settings>connections>wifi calling.

If the menu option isn't available then please speak to your network provider again. They need to provision it their end for it to appear.
