Regret, suggestion didn't work, l'm trying to find Favourites within Downloads. Can't find either.

@Wildgoose747: If your query relates to images in the Gallery app, then please head to the Gallery > Albums > Downloads > Tap on an image > Tap the heart symbol at the bottom of the screen to add it to your favourites. Now, try tapping the 3 dots in the top right to see if you're able to access your favourites from here, or look for a Favourites folder in the Albums tab.

To add Favourites go to Samsung My Files and select a storage device. Then select the folder or file you wish to make favourite and click on the star top right of the screen. The favourites option will then appear on the home screen of My Files.
