Hi folks

Dolby Atmos is present in settings but I'm not able to switch it on, any advice please

it's likely because your phone model doesn't natively support Dolby Atmos, you might need to connect headphones or external speakers to enable the feature.

Certain lower-end Samsung models might not have the hardware capability to support Dolby Atmos, but you can try plug headphones and see if that's going to work for you.

Thanks all, it does work with headphones, unlike my S22 which works all the time
