Hi I received the exact email, from no-reply@regisland.net for a prize draw from BT but I'm not sure if it's legitimate, tried checking on Google search & it says not to trust emails with the no-reply attached.

Hi @zimma71  and @Blessed4life

My rule of thumb is that if I receive a link in an email or text I do not recognise then I don't click on it as this can open up lots of nasty stuff ranging from identity theft to accessing your phone etc.

Even if I receive an email from a source I know I'll still not click on the link. I'd access the site or app separately to get to whatever the link would take me to. That way I'm better protected.

I'll come out of the email or text and enter my known app to access the information or Google Search.

The email I'll mark as Spam and leave well alone and any unsolicited texts I'd block the number and delete the text.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.

Use VirusTotal to scan any URLs you think are dodgy 😁.

Certainly best not to take risks with  links  in texts/emails and to protect yourself generally from malicious sources.  Obviously there are some warning signs in scams and phishing attacks.
