I replaced the charging port of my samsung A70 and I realized that the person on the other end cannot hear me when I speak. How do I resolve this issue please?

From your post this makes me think that you personally replaced the charging port ?

If so in doing this you have unfortunately voided the manufacturing warranty so Samsung wouldn't be able to help under the warranty and would levy a charge or in some extreme cases decline support.
In replacing the port you may have inadvertently caused some further issues within the phone.
You could try a test by going over to your dial pad and type in *#0*#, this will bring up a number of tests.
You may need to take the phone to shop that offers repairs but that can have it's own issues such as the shop causing damage etc.
