Thank you for reaching out to us. What's is the model number of your phone? And is your phone als up-2-date? Is there any routine active on your phone? You can also test a few things via the Samsung Members app. Open the Members app and go to Support, choose Diagnoses and start the test for the vibration modus. What is the result of the test?
