My galaxy a13 5g has an software issue my friends phone had it aswel but I already installed a new os on it and getting the software update now doesn't help cause I already switched back to apple (and bixby is not working)

Do you mean you used Odin and did it yourself? If so that explains why you arent getting updates.
Its best to never do this yourself.
The best course of action is to send it in for repair.

Thank you for your message. Patrcik is right about that we do not recommend installing other OS from third parties on the device. For now it is on the roadmap to bring One UI 6.1. to the A13 models but without the AI features. Check the Members App for the update news. Let me know when you need more information.
