Vibration for apps does not follow main setting

Is this the new way of doing it 😞
On my old S5 when I set "sound on" all apps alert with sound only.
When I set "vibrate" all apps used only vibration.
Now on my new A33 app don't follw the main setting, and vibrates even in "sound" mode.
Only the "phone" app seems to follow what you set in the statusbar... 😞

There's a couple of ways to set sound options for apps.

I prefer to go into Settings then Apps and go into the app to set it's preference setting.
