Has been an issue since February...

Nothing has been done despite 3 million updates.
Do Samsung even know what they are doing....

This phone is a joke... Piece of sh. t

Even I can see what Samsung have done
Given UK customers a ***** frequency
No network uses this band
If your in usa you get the best I'm assuming

I'll never buy another Samsung product ever again...

Now the Hotspot doesn't work.

I've lost £900 today.
This is becoming ridiculous.
Other phone same carrier works perfect
These updates are ridiculous.

This phone is terrible
Been terrible since 1st update
No battery
No signal
No camera worth a rub
No hot spot
Lost confidence in Samsung its worse than Windows mobile ever was.
Never know if it's going to last a few hours or all day.

Piece of rubbish.
Terrible updates should be called down dates.
It's not the phone advertised or the phone I bought.
Who ever does these updates need a new job.
Don't Samsung test these rubbish updates....
Nothing is ever working.

Feel like I've been scammed....
Took my money then destroyed the phone.

Are Samsung trying to go bust...

Ver p. D off today.

had the same problem, going tob settings-> connections -> mobile hotspot and tethering -> mobile hotspot-> configure -> advanced -> hidden network switched this one off and it worked. ps this is not a good idea if you want a so secure as possible network. maybe also for old WiFi devices switch band to a low frequency or play a bit with the other settings.
Good luck

Come on, months of this ranting isn't going to change the fact you have chosen to buy and more importantly keep using a rubbish phone. Either sell the phone and cut your losses or take Samsung to small claims court but good luck with not getting laughed out of court. They won't give you money back for a phone you've been using the best part of a year or more already. That ship sailed within 30 days of purchase.

Hi there, @zimma71. We are here to help, and we definitely want to ensure that you get your A32 working as expected again. It's puzzling that the server error you have encountered has not been rectified by a software update.

Please note that, as I have found several separate threads that you started about the issues you have experienced with your A32, I have merged them into one thread. I have also edited the thread title accordingly.

It will make it easier for us to follow.

If you haven't done so already, I'd highly recommend submitting an Error report to our engineers. The guide below contains the pertinent steps that will allow you to do this:

https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-use-the-samsung-members-app/

Please let us know how you get on. :thumbs-up-sign-emoji-modifier-fitzpatrick-type:
