Using mobile data while connected to Wifi

Any help folks, I have a dashcam which connects to my A34 via WiFi without Internet connectivity. To update the dashcam I need to keep it connected to my phone while using my mobile data is it possible to use mobile data while connected to a WiFi device with no Internet connectivity?

It's a Fineview GX100, if I turn hotspot on then it disconnects the WiFi so that method won't work. Mates Samsung phone doesn't but on my A34 I get a pop up saying WiFi will be turned off if turning hotspot on

Cant search on Dashcam to connect to the hotspot I have find Dashcam WiFi on my phone and then connect

You cannot have WiFi and hotspot / 4g 5g on at the same time.

If you're on your hotspot, that should enable your dashcam to connect to the internet if it has the functionality to do so through the dashcam WiFi settings.

The issue I am facing is that, once the mobile is connected to the Dashcam through DAshcam's WiFi (without internet), the mobile dats automatically get disconnected. The same happens when I connect to any WiFi. But in this case, Dashcam WiFi doesnot have internet... DO we have any settings where we can have both WiFi and Mobile data working in the phone and phone can choose the internet from either one depending on the strength of the signal...?

Go to: Settings, Connections, Wi-Fi

Then press the Three Dots at the top right of the screen

Press Intelligent Wi-Fi

Turn on "Switch to mobile data"

After this is done, whilst you are connected to your dashcam via Wi-Fi, your phone will detect no connection to the cloud and give you a mobile data connection.
