Unresponsive screen after last update samsung a14

So my phone did an update a few days ago, but for so reason my screen becomes unresponsive when I try to re open my phone, but if I wait about 10 minutes it is fine again. There is no rhythm or reason to it, one minute it works the next it won't. Any one else had this issue?

I have a "UI" issue when I restart or have turned the mobile off . In other respects my samsung is the same. I connected it to my laptop however if possible on the phone #3#send hopefully this might give you a diagnosis. i have a sneaking suspitions are that the latest "UI" update (7) is the culprit.

That is the conclusion that I and apparently alot of others have come to but samsung don't seem to understand or or actually fixing it

I've been on Samsung twitter to complain about the problems I'm having, keep coming up with solutions that don't work!

I also am having same problem, sometimes it's fine, and then can take ages to try and swipe open, also when I receive a call, unable to answer. Really frustrating, only had problems since update last week

It's weird last night it seemed to fix itself but this morning the problem started again
