Unable to view media in Gallery after Android upgrade to 13 in Samsung A12

Hi Friends,

I am not able to see few media files (videos and photos) in gallery after the android update to 13. Please share your advice.

Which media player are you using to view or play the media ??
As I have never used the supplied. I prefer a 3rd party app called poweramp. This plays all my media.

@Hari_SamgA12: Can you try heading to Settings > Apps > Tap the 3 dots in the top right > Special access > All files access, and make sure that 'Media' is toggled on? Let me know if this helps.
