I recently had to do a factory reset on my wifes Samsung A53 mobile phone. When setting the phone up I get prompted to receive a verification code to my wifes other A53 device as for some reason it thinks this device is a totally different mobile phone!
Obviously, as this is the same device but has been factory reset, I cannot receive the verification code so therefore cannot sign on to the Samsung account.
Any advice would be appreciated
