Hi I just got update in samsung members app and updated through galaxy store ,after the update I was unable to open the app . Whenever I try to open it said server response error and I tried reinstalling from galaxy store and still the problem happened. So I decided launch the app from Google playstore and now here I am. But still it shows there is an update. 

Can anyone clarify whether to update the members app or not,because I've seen reviews in galaxy store in members app section many reported after update they're unable to open.

Let me know what to do now

 if you see version 5.2.03.4 that's fixed version

That's version with error. Uninstall app and install it from Google Play Store where is old version and don't update it from Galaxy Store. There are many posts about this issue here already.
