expanded notifications on standby screen as default - Samsung A52 5G ?

hi all when I have this screen I find this annoying how all these notifications are grouped together (the one I have marked in yellow circle) and I cannot see how to make them like the notifications above , can anyone tell me how?

I think it's supposed to be like this but if you double tap where you have circled and it drops down so you can see the notifications

thanks, yeah I know that but I must say I would prefer if I didnt have to double tap on them and had all notifications showing up on the screen
