Unable to factory data reset A50

Hello, my phone was locked and I couldnt do the factory data reset. Ive tried multiple times but it just resetting.  Can anyone help me? Thank you.

Connect with charging cable to computer and hold volume up and power button at the same time

Hi, I did but still notworking. My phone now is in safe mode

if the device is connected still to network, you can either use erase feature of below services,

Find my device by Google: 

https://android.com/find

Find my mobile by Samsung:

https://findmymobile.samsung.com/

Erase device: Permanently deletes all data on your phone (but might not delete SD cards). After you erase, Find My Device won't work on the phone.

Important: you'll likely need your same Google Account password to use it again.

if above won't work, like not connected to network, try factory data reset:

-connect the device to any PC via USB cable

-restart the device: press and hold the volume down + power keys for 7 seconds

-as the device is turning on, press and hold power + volume up keys

-release the hold when  you'll see a logo or recovery mode

-press volume down to select factory reset/clear data 

-press power key to okay

-select reboot system now
