Hi, my touchscreen has stopped working after my phone updated this morning with the 6.1 update. Obviously everything was fine before then. Now using a S Pen to get around the phone
Any suggestions on a fix or will it just correct it self? Any Samsung updates available to fix it?
Any help much appreciated 🙂
S21 ULTRA
Thanks
Mike

Hello @mikep73
Try these troubleshooting steps please.
- Soft reboot by turning the phone Off and On.
- Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too { Possibly excluding the s²⁴ Series of phone's }
- As a very last resort back up and factory reset.
- You can send feedback to Samsung via your Samsung Members App.
I hope this resolves ASAP for you @mikep73
