Timed out..

Hi. Does anyone else's phone time out after 5 or so minutes talk time, whether i'm called or i call out. Extremely frustrated from Dorset.

I would speak to your network provider, check they don't have issues and you on area where there is good reception

Have you set focus mode or a routine which might be affecting the calls?

Do you mean the screen timeout? You can search the term in settings to change the duration.

Maybe talk with your internet provider about that? 

It might be that you get disconnected from the cell tower and reconnected back again. And that would close the call (if you didn't already know)

Hi MorningBlunt. No the actual talk time. After about 5 minutes, the phone just cuts off, so I ring them again...have a bit more conversation, and off it goes again...

Weird. Maybe try your sim in another phone and see if it still happens. Could narrow down the cause?

Hi..yes there is an area in Dorset that disconnects, but I'm not near that area when it happens. It also happens when i'm just at home.
My provider is Sky, and tbh they don't have anyone technical there, who are able to help...
