I'd say try to clear your cache partition.

Turn the phone off, hold volume up and power till you see the samsung logo, release the buttons. Using the volume buttons to move, select clear cache partition, power button to select.

Worth a try as there's a decent chance that's all it needs.

Hold volume down and power button until it soft reboots- should refresh the device.

Open the "device care" app if it now let's you and run the optimisations

Be sure to also download good guardians if it let's you- run all the optimisations within
