Help! I have a new car, and when my phone is connected via Bluetooth, it acts like I am on a call to number 10,000,00. It does not let me disconnect this call, and constantly stays on, meaning I cannot access radio, music or sat nav. It is driving me crazy. It does not do this when my daughters apple phone is connected, just my Samsung a52. Anyone know how to fix this? It also never did this in my previous car which was Kia. My current car is a brand new Hyundai.

It's a long shot, but sometimes a BT connection sets off the phone as a keyboard, best to remove the BT connection from your mobile and car, let the car properly powered down, then try and re pair

It's the same number every time and it's not recorded as a call anywhere on my phone. There is no recollection of it. So it must be something to do with Bluetooth and something connecting. I just don't know what!
