Data transfer from S10 to A54

Each time I try to sync my Samsung Music from my S10 to my A54 It downloads multiple entries for each track, but only 1 will actually play, for the others I get a failed to play message.

I have double checked that the 'don't allow dupicates' is turned on.

Has anyone else seen this and found a solution ?

Hello,

1. If you have an SD card in the a54 it might be that the unplayable songs are on it (If you dont have an SD card skip step 1)

2. If you use Samsung Music, reinstall it. (If you dont use Samsung Music skip step 2)

3. Reset your phone to factory settings (If step 1, step 2, and step 3 didn't work... just use another music player i guess)
